Bacon & Egg Frittata

- 8 Large Eggs (Beaten)
- 2 tablespoons Light Cream
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 6 slices pre-cooked Bacon (cut into small pieces)
Directions
- Beat eggs and cream together with a whisk add into a prepared skillet
- Add bacon pieces, salt and pepper, stir well
- Place into a 400 F hot oven and bake 22 minutes or until golden in color and eggs have baked through
- Cut wedges and serve.
- We love this with muffins!
