Babe's Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. pecans coarsely minced
- 1 x pie shell unbaked
Directions
- Combine sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Beat Large eggs at medium speed til blended. Gradually add in warm sugar mix to Large eggs, beating constantly. Stir in butter, vanilla nad pecans. Pour mix into pie shell; bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Keywords:pie, dessert, pecan, freeze
