- 2 cups milk
- ⅓ cup butter
- ⅓ cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash nutmeg
- dash pepper
Directions
- Mix together all of the ingredients, except for the milk, and cook for a minute, covered, at 950 watts.
- Stir, add the milk, then heat, vented, at 650 watts for five minutes. Stir again.
