Award Winner Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 3/4 c. Chocolate, grnd
- 2/3 c. Unsifted flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 . Using a spoon, stir Large eggs with sugar and vanilla; add in butter. Sift Grnd Chocolate with flour, baking pwdr and salt.
- Stir into egg mix; add in nuts. Spread into greased 8 or possibly 9" square pan. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min. For extra chewy brownies, use 8" pan and less baking time. For cake like brownies use 9" pan and longer baking. Cut into squares.
