Avocado Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 3 ripe but not too ripe avocados, cut into chunks
- 2 roma tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped
- 3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Juice of 1 lime
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerated for 1 hour. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
