Avocado & Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 onion, minced fine
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 boiled large eggs
- Salad dressing
Directions
- Dice avocados, large eggs and onion. Add in salt and pepper, then sufficient salad dressing to moisten salad. Chill at least an hour before serving, store in a covered dish or possibly put saran wrap over bowl while in refrigerator.
