Avocado Banana Milkshake
Create a sweet and delicious milkshake. Using fresh organic avocado and banana as the base ingredients, this milkshake is sure to be a hit for everybody. Use yogurt instead of milk if you want a richer, creamier texture. If not, whole milk works just fine. Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of fresh vanilla yogurt or whole milk
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
Directions
- Peel and pit the avocados
- Peel the skin off the banana
- In a blender, add the ice, avocados, banana and yogurt
- Top off with the raw honey
- Blend for 15-20 seconds or until the ingredients are well mixed
- Pour into a high ball glass and serve
