Aunt Pearl's Pineapple Cake
Tried and true, timeless recipe. Enjoy!! Ingredients
- 2 - “jiffy” yellow cake mix (bake according to box directions)
- 1 6-ounce pkg. Instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
- 1 - 8 oz. package Cream Cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 - 8 oz. container Cool Whip
Directions
- In a 9x 13 pan, bake cake mix according to box directions.
- Combine instant vanilla pudding, crushed pineapple, cream cheese, milk and vanilla.
- tened cream cheese add vanilla and then pudding and the rest of milk, then crushed pineapple. When finished put on top of cooled cake.
- Top with Cool Whip.
