Aunt Pearl's Corn Chowder Recipe from Gloria Koss

- 6-8 tbs. butter
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbs. flour
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes (dissolved)
- 20 oz. frozen corn
- 2 small diced potatoes
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbs. paprika
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 pints half and half
Directions
- In pan melt butter, add potatoes, celery, pepper, onion, and salt. Cook until tender. Stir in flour and paprika and cook 1-2 minutes. Stir in water and bouillon and cook 5-6 minutes. Stir in corn and half and half, and cook an additional 10 minutes.
