• 3/4 c. oil
• 1 lg. box chocolate instant pudding mix
• 4 large eggs
• 1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1 cube butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 8 ounce cream cheese
