Aunt Fay's Easy Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 can Carnation lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 ounce pkg. cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 15-20 graham crackers rolled fine
Directions
- Mix jello and hot water; cool. Put lowfat milk in mixer and beat till whipped. Cream sugar, cream cheese and vanilla; add in jello. Put in a graham cracker crust; refrigerate till set.
- Mix with 1 stick of softened butter and 3 tbsp powdered sugar. Press into bottom of pie pan. Save a little crumbs for top of cheesecake.
