Asian Roasted Carrots
From "For the Love of Cooking" Website. Ingredients
- 6 large carrots
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil (half reg./half dark)
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger, minced
Directions
- Mix marinade.
- Add and toss carrots. Leave to marinate 30 minutes.
- Drain.
- Roast at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until they look good to you.
