Asian Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 can Campbell's Golden brown Mushroom Soup
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 bag any frzn vegetable combination - (16 thawed Warm cooked rice
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet. Add in chicken and stir-fry till browned.
- Add in soup, soy and garlic. Heat to a boil. Add in vegetables and cook till tender-crisp. Serve over rice.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
