Arugula And Red Onion Salad
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Arugula leaves
- 1 med Size red onion cut into Thin slices
- 1 tsp Finely minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Red-wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt and fresh grnd Pepper
Directions
- Pick over the arugula leaves and remove and throw away any tough stems. Rinse and drain the leaves. Pat dry. Place the leaves in a salad bowl. Add in the onion slices, garlic, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Toss and blend well.
- Serve.
