  • Artichoke Cheese Dip

    I can not begin to tell you how absolutely delicious this was! My good friend, Susan, made this for New Year's and I was astonished at how easy it was! You literally throw everything in your slow cooker, wait an hour, and enjoy. She served this with crackers which I thought was great-not as heavy as bread and really let the flavors shine through. In fact, this was so good, we finished off half of it before we even got to the party ( : I really hope you give this one a try!

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound shredded Mozzarella
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 can artichoke hearts - (8 1/2 oz), drained, chopped
    • 1/2 of an onion, minced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    Directions

    1. 1. Mix ingredients together. Bake in lightly buttered 3 1/2-quart crockpot on HIGH for about 1 hour. Serve with broken up French bread or wheat crackers.
