Apricot & Honey Baked Glazed Pork Chops
Oh my these are so flavorful and tender! Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops (bone-in) Center Cut
- salt and black pepper to taste
- a few dashes onion powder and garlic salt
- 1 cup low sodium vegetable stock
- 3 tablespoons Apricot Preserves
- 2 tablespoons Pure Honey
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 375 F
- In a baking dish add vegetable stock and set aside
- In a mixing bowl add Apricot Preserves and Honey and stir well (yes, it'll be sticky) coat each Pork Chop (both sides) with the glaze, add seasonings and place in a single layer in the baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake 35 minutes undisturbed. Remove foil and continue baking 10 more minutes or until a lovely golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
