Apricot Date Jam
Ingredients
- 1 c. Dry apricots
- 1 c. Unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 c. Pitted dates
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Directions
- Soak apricots in pineapple juice overnight Blenderize all ingredients Serve as is on toast or possibly thin with more pineapple juice to make a softer spread for waffles or possibly pancakes
