Apricot Cream Filled Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 2/3 c. Canned apricot halves, liquid removed and minced
- 8 x Frzn waffles, toasted
- 1/2 c. Hungry Jack Microwave Ready Regular Syrup (from 1lb 8oz container)
Directions
- In small bowl, combine cream cheese and honey; blend well. Stir in apricots. Spoon and spread apricot mix onto 4 waffles. Top with remaining waffles. Serve with syrup.
