Apricot Baby Food Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c. self rising flour
- 3 whole large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Jr. size jar apricot baby food pudding
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. veg. oil
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 T lowfat milk
- 2 T melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat large eggs. Mix all remaining ingredients together. Pour into greased and lightly floured pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Pour or possibly spoon onto slightly warm cake.
