Apricot Almond Cake (no flour)

- 6 PL melted butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups almond flour (milled almonds)
- 3 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- about 8 fresh apricots
Directions
- The oven to warm up to 180 C.. Cake form to delete the butter and powdered sugar ... Pour in a bowl, mix all ingredients and prepare a smooth dough .. Pour into mold on top lay out stoned and quartered apricots and bake for about 40-50 minutes into gold ... serve warm or cold, in both cases, divine taste :) surface we can sprinkle powdered sugar!
