Apple Spice Custard Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkt 18 1/4 ounce. spice apple cake Mix
- 2 med All purpose apples, pared, Cored, and finely minced.
- 1 can 14 ounce. Eagle brand sweetened Condensed lowfat milk
- 1 can 8 ounce. Borden Lowfat sour cream, at Room temperature
- 1/4 c. Realemon juice Grnd cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 . Prepare cake mix as package directs, stir in apples.
- Pour into well-greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream and Realemon juice. Remove cake from oven; spread cream mix over top.
- Return to oven; bake 10 min longer or possibly till set. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cold. Garnish as desired. Chill leftovers.
