- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. agave nectar
- 1 apple (peel on)
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp. hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp. dried cranberries
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Wash apple, cut and core
- Place all ingredients into blender (in order of ingredients listed)
- Blend until smooth
