Apple Cheese Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 med Head cabbage finely Or possibly minced(about
- 1 med Carrot shredded 1/2 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. Apple minced
- 1/4 c. Crumbled blue cheese
Directions
- Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper. Toss with cabbage, carrot, apple and blue cheese. Sprinkle with paprika or possibly dill weed if you like. 8 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1/2 C. EACH); 120 CALORIES PER SERVING.
