Anytime Browns- antioxident style
Yummy:) add whatever you have on hand, and healthier than waffle house!I do love waffle house thoughand im proud to admit it! Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (white or gold)
- 1/4 onion (yellow)
- 1 cup spinach (fresh -baby)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (then chop)
- 1/4 cup tomatoe (grape-sliced in half)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp green tabasco
Directions
- Grate the potatoes using mandolin or box grater
- Press the potatoes into strainer to drain the water from them,pat dry
- Spread hashbrowns out flat in pan and saute in olive oil until you get them crispy.
- Add all other ingredients to top of hashbrowns and flip once for an minute or two only so you can retain the nutrients in the veggies, yet unlock them.
