    Ingredients

    • 1/4 c. Minced onion
    • 1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
    • 1 pkt (8-ounce) Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, cubed
    • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
    • 1/2 lb Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
    • 3 ounce Pepperoni, minced
    • 1/4 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese Minced parsley

    Directions

    1. In saucepan, saute/fry onions in margarine. Add in cream cheese and lowfat milk; stir over low heat till cream cheese is melted. Stir in Velveeta cheese spread, pepperoni and parmesan cheese; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Top with parsley. Serve with chips or possibly vegetable dippers. 2-1/2 c..
    2. MICROWAVE: Reduce lowfat milk to 1/3 c.. Microwave onion and margarine in 1-1/2 qt casserole or possibly bowl on High for 1 to 2 min or possibly till onions are tender, stirring every minute. Stir in cream cheese and lowfat milk; microwave 1 to 2 min or possibly till sauce is smooth, stirring every minute with wire whisk or possibly wooden spoon. Stir in Velveeta cheese spread, pepperoni and parmesan cheese; microwave 2 to 4 min or possibly till thoroughly heated, stirring every minute. Top with parsley.
