Antipasto Bowl
Perfect for lunch! Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Salami
- 1/4 cup Ham
- 1/4 cup Provolone Cheese
- 1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Handfull of Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tablespoons black olives
- 2 tablespoons green olives
- One Tomato
- dash of oregano
- dash of basil
- one teaspoon Garlic Powder
- one teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 tablespoons Good Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- s & p to taste
Directions
- Cubed Salami, Ham, Provolone, Mozzarella and place into a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and toss well
- Transfer to individual bowls
- Serve with Crackers
- Enjoy!
