Angel hair frittata
A lovely Italian lady from Calabria showed me how to make this many years and it is always a success. Ingredients
- 300 grams cooked angel hair pasta cooked and chopped.
- 1 tub of Italian ricotta cheese
- 200 grams of fresh cheese
- 150 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 100 grams of prosciutto
- 100 grams of salami
- 6 cloves of garlic crushed
- Chopped parsley
- Salt/pepper
- 4 eggs beaten
- Oil or butter for frying
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, then heat a frying pan with your choice of fat add the frittata ingredients and fry turning occasionally until golden in colour,
