Angel Food Cake Ala Mode With Berries And Grand Marnier
Ingredients
- 2 c. Blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 4 slc angel food cake
- 4 scoop vanilla ice cream
Directions
- In a bowl mix berries with sugar and Grand Marnier.
- On each plate, set a slice of cake and top it with a scoop of icecream. Spoon berry mix over and around the cake.
