Anchovy Omelette
Another way to enjoy your morning omelette! Ingredients
- 1/4 kilo Anchovy (Dilis)
- 1 pc Whole egg
- 2 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 minced Onion
- 1 chopped Tomato
- 2 tbsp. flour or corn starch
- A bit of grated Ginger
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cooking oil
Directions
- Rinse the anchovy (dilis) and drain it thoroughly using strainer.
- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients well and add salt to taste excluding oil.
- You can omit the tomato if you want. I added tomato as requested by my mom. Heat the frying pan and pour the cooking oil.
- By using tablespoon, fry the mixed anchovy (dilis).
- You can use any other utensils to measure your desired sizes.
- Let it turn into light or golden brown.
- And serve it with catsup or soy sauce and lemon juice.
