Aloo Chana Chaat 1
Ingredients
- 2 c. boiled chickpeas, (kabuli chana)
- 2 x boiled potatoes, cut into pcs
- 2 x tomatoes, minced
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp finely minced green chiles
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 Tbsp. minced cilantro salt, to taste
Directions
- This sweet-sour salad is a combination of potatoes and chick peas.
- 1. Mix all the ingredients very well.
- 2. Store in the refrigerator.
- Serve cool.
- Preparation time : 10 min. No cooking.
- Serves: 4 to 6
