Delicious Baked Almond coated Potato Wedges Ingredients
- 2 Russet Potatoes (rinsed) cut into wedges
- 1 cup Crushed Almonds
- 1/2 stick Sweet Cream Butter (melted)
- Garnish with a ramekin of ketchup
Directions
- Rinse and dry russet potatoes, cut into wedges, add into melted butter, coat in crushed almonds
- Set on a non stick baking sheet pan in a 400 F oven and bake for 14 minutes.
- Serve with a side of ketchup
