All Day Stew With Beef
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, trimmed
- 4 med potatoes
- 4 med carrots
- 2 stalk celery
- 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can reduced fat cream of celery soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 pkt onion soup mix
- 10 3/4 ounce water
- 1 x bay leaf
Directions
- Cube beef into bite-size pcs. Place in casserole or possibly baking pan with lid. (Don't precook meat.) Peel and cube potatoes, carrots and celery; place on top of meat. Add in soups and water; place bay leaf on top. Cover and cook in oven for 8 hrs at 225 degrees. When done, throw away bay leaf, stir stew and serve.
