    Ingredients

    • 1 stk butter
    • 1 pkt large marshmallows (16 ounce.)
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 3 pkt microwaveable popcorn popped she prefers Jolly Time

    Directions

    1. 1. In a large (about 14-inch) nonstick pan, heat butter over low heat. Add in marshmallows and heat them, stirring constantly. When melted, add in vanilla. Remove pan from heat and let cold 5 min.
    2. 2. Pour marshmallow mix over popped corn. Stir to combine, using a large buttered meat fork. Let cold 5 min.
    3. 3. Butter hands and shape mix into balls, about 4 inches in diameter.
    4. 4. Let balls set up, about 20 min. They can then be wrapped in wax paper or possibly in resealable plastic bags.
    5. NOTES : Sprague makes these throughout the year but says they are particularly good for Halloween. Orange food coloring may be added. Caramels may also be added - just heat about 16 squares of caramel in with the marshmallow mix. If you add in caramel, however, you will need to add in another package of popped corn. This is also a fun cooking project to do with kids.
