Abalone steak
A simple recipe using fresh abalone just taken. The complete tender steak in a short time. Ingredients
- Abalone 1
- Little grape seed oil
- Guerande salt
- 10g butter Bordier (Beure d'algue)
- 20CC white wine
- Little chives
- 1 clove new seasons garlic sliced
Directions
- Oil in pan,
- put the garlic, heat over low heat.
- Put Abalone into the pan, salt on a cut grid.
- Flambe to put white wine steamed over low heat for 1 min.
- Add the butter,dash of soy sauce.
- Topped with chives complete.
