A very Blueberry-Banana-Toasted Coconut Breakfast Bowl

- 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- one tablespoon Pure Honey
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- One ripe Banana-sliced
- 1/4 cup Toast Sweetened Coconut Flakes, Garnishing
Directions
- In a blender add blueberries and sugar pulse several times, add yogurt, honey and run one minute to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Ladle into bowls, add a few slices of banana and some toasted coconut.
- YUM!
