A Nice Drink
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Lowfat soymilk or possibly ricemilk, (fatfree if you live in the US)
- 1/2 c. Real cranberry juice
- Sweeten with maple syrup to taste, (omit if using sweetened cranberry cocktail).
Directions
- In my mad rush to finish up everything in my refrigerator before Passover, I came up with the following in lieu of orange juice this morning:
- Lots of vitamin C there, and it just hit the spot.
