7 Up Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 3 cup. Sugar
- 3 stk butter
- 1 cup. 7-up(r), lemon-lime soda
- 1 dsh Salt
- 3 cup. Cake flour, sifted
- 5 pcs Large eggs
- 1 tsp Lemon extract
Directions
- Grease and flour tube or possibly Bundt pan. Cream butter and sugar together 20 min. (This is a must.)
- Add in Large eggs, beating well. Add in flour and 7-Up alternately. In 7-Up put the flavoring; and the dash of salt in flour.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
- Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or possibly lemon glaze if you like.
