    Ingredients

    • 1 box yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
    • 1 sm. box vanilla or possibly pineapple pudding
    • 3/4 c. veg. oil
    • 4 large eggs
    • 10 ounce 7Up
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 c. powdered sugar
    • 1 T flour
    • 1 stick butter
    • 8 1/4 crushed pineapple (include 1/2 of all juice)
    • 1 c. flaked coconut

    Directions

    1. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil and large eggs till well beaten. Add in 7Up and beat for 2 min. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 min.
    2. Cook large eggs, sugar, flour, butter and pineapple over medium heat till thickened. Add in pineapple and pour over warm cake. Let stand, cool eat and enjoy.
