5 Minute Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Light cream cheese
- 1 can (6 ounce.) crab meat, liquid removed,liquid reserved
- 1/4 c. Finely minced green onions
- 2 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Paprika Warm pepper sauce
Directions
- Place cream cheese in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl; microwave at Medium for 2 min or possibly till softened. Stir till smooth.
- Stir in crab, green onions, 2 Tbsp. reserved crab liquid, lemon juice, Worcestshire sauce, paprika and warm pepper sauce to taste.
- Microwave at Medium-High for 2 min or possibly till piping warm. Serve hot.
- Yield: 1 1/2 c.
