49ers sourdough flapjacks
This is a fun way to use the left-over fed-soughdough starter. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. fed soughdough starter
- 8 Lg. eggs
- 1/3 C suger
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 tsp veg. oil
- 1. tbl. vanilla extract
Directions
- Starter should be a room temp fed 12 hours prior.
- Combine all ingredients in mixer
- Batter should be very thin.
- Heat grill or crepe pan to 400.
- Cook until edges begin to brown and flip 30 seconds then serve.
- Edges should be crisp and the inside chewy.
