  • 4 Layer Brownies

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt Brownie Mix (for 13" x 9" pan)
    • 2 x (one 8 ounce., one 3 ounce.) Packages Cream Cheese, softened
    • 2 c. Powdered Sugar
    • 1 x (16 ounce.) Cold Whip, thawed
    • 2 c. Cool Lowfat milk
    • 1 x (3.9 ounce.) Instant Chocolate Pudding
    • 1/2 c. Pecans, minced

    Directions

    1. Prepare and bake brownies according to package direction, using a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan. Cold completely. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Mix in 2 c. of cold whip. Spread over brownies. In another bowl, combine the lowfat milk and pudding mix; beat till smooth. Chill for 5 minutes.; spread over the cream cheese layer. Spread with remaining cold whip; sprinkle with pecans. Chill.
