30 Minute Spinach Bake
A quick dinner for a Weeknight.
- 20 oz frozen leaf spinach, thawed, and drained
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl whisk together the egg, milk, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Fold in spinach.
- Place in four small casserole dishes sprayed with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly set
