    Ingredients

    • carrot blanched --1/2 cup cubes
    • cauliflower florets blanched --1/2 cup
    • croutons ---1/4 cup
    • iceberg lettuce shredded ----1/2 cup
    • spring onion chop -- 1 tbsp
    • dressing--
    • balsamic vinegar ---1 tbsp
    • olive oil --- 2 tbsp
    • salt -- as per requirement
    • fresh rosemary(herb) chop --- 1/2 tsp.

    Directions

    1. blanch the carrot, cauliflower separately and keep aside. shred lettuce keep in chilled water for crispiness. make the croutons either by frying in hot cooking oil or by toasting. make dressing by mixing all ingredients. take the lettuce from water. mix with carrot and cauliflower. add dressing toss well. serve on plate. place the croutons on top and side of salad. sprinkle some chop spring onion. the 3C1L (carrot, cauliflower, croutons and lettuce) salad ready.
