• 20 Minute Garlic Rosemary Chicken And Brown Rice Dinner

    • 1 Tbsp. oil
    • 4 sm boneless skinless chicken breast halves (abt 1 lb total)
    • 3/4 tsp garlic pwdr divided
    • 3/4 tsp dry rosemary leaves crushed, divided
    • 1 can 33% less sodium chicken broth - (10 1/2 ounce
    • 1/3 c. water
    • 2 c. uncooked Minute brown rice


    1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add in chicken; sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. each of the garlic pwdr and rosemary. Cover. Cook 4 min on each side or possibly till cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
    2. Add in broth and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
    3. Stir in rice and remaining 1/2 tsp. each garlic pwdr and rosemary. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
    4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
