20 Minute Garlic Rosemary Chicken And Brown Rice Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 sm boneless skinless chicken breast halves (abt 1 lb total)
- 3/4 tsp garlic pwdr divided
- 3/4 tsp dry rosemary leaves crushed, divided
- 1 can 33% less sodium chicken broth - (10 1/2 ounce
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 c. uncooked Minute brown rice
Directions
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add in chicken; sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. each of the garlic pwdr and rosemary. Cover. Cook 4 min on each side or possibly till cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add in broth and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice and remaining 1/2 tsp. each garlic pwdr and rosemary. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
