15 Minute Chicken and Rice Dinner
Simple and Easy. Got it from a can of soup Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tablespoon Hot Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/3 Cups Water
- 2 Cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
Directions
- Brown chicken in oil for 5 minutes on each side or until done in nonstick skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from pan.
- Add cream of chicken soup and water to skillet and bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice and top with chicken.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Stir and then serve.
