12 Minute French Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. semi sweet chocolate
- 2/3 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Heat chocolate in top of double boiler. Remove from heat, but keep over double boiler so steam from water keeps the chocolate creamy. Stir in sweetened condensed lowfat milk, salt, vanilla and nuts. You have to work fast. Next put fudge into waxed, prepared container or possibly pan and press it into an inch high block. Refrigerate 2 hrs. Turn out fudge, peel off paper and cut into 1" squares.
