Ingredients

  • 1 can Progresso artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 clove chopped garlic

Directions

  1. Mash artichoke hearts in bowl. Add in mayonnaise, cheese and garlic and blend well.
  2. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 20 min. Serve hot with corn chips or possibly relishes (vegetables).
