Vegetable Beef Barley Soup Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 pound chuck steak
2 sm. onions, minced
1 (46 ounce.) can V-8
5 celery, minced
6 carrots, minced
3 lg. tomatoes, peeled, cut
3 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 c. barley
Basil
Sugar
Pepper
Garlic pwdr
Bay leaf
Directions
Combine all ingredients and simmer 8 to 10 hrs on low crock pot or possibly 4 hrs on high crock pot.
