Vegetable Beef Barley Soup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound chuck steak
- 2 sm. onions, minced
- 1 (46 ounce.) can V-8
- 5 celery, minced
- 6 carrots, minced
- 3 lg. tomatoes, peeled, cut
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 3/4 c. barley
- Basil
- Sugar
- Pepper
- Garlic pwdr
- Bay leaf
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and simmer 8 to 10 hrs on low crock pot or possibly 4 hrs on high crock pot.
