Ingredients

  • 2 slices white bread
  • Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 pound grnd round
  • 1/2 pound grnd lean pork
  • 1/2 pound grnd lean lamb
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Soak the bread in lowfat milk and squeeze dry just before using. In a bowl, combine the three meats, onion, lowfat milk-soaked bread, Large eggs, salt and pepper. Form meat mix into bite-sized balls.
